Dr. Nancy's HouseCalls is dedicated to providing you accessible home healthcare.  Connections with Podiatrists who come to the home and mobile radiology services and phlebotomists.

Insurance: 

 

We accept many insurance plans including:

  • Medicare

  • CareFirst/BlueCross BlueShield (but not BlueChoice)

  • United Healthcare PPO and Maryland Exchange

  • Cigna PPO (not HMO)

  • Aetna PPO (not HMO)

  • MultiPlan and PHCS

  • Medicaid, only when it is secondary to Medicare

  • United HealthOne

  • GEHA

  • Certain Medicare Advantage plans

Additional Fees: 

 

No Show penalty fee is $25 to $50 depending on visit time slot. Highly recommend that patients notify the office of delays or inability to keep their appointment 24 hours or more prior to the visit. There is an additional $20 dollar fee for completion of forms for use outside of the patient's medical record, including:

  • Day Care Form

  • Pre-Employment Form

  • Employment Form

  • Life Insurance Paperwork

  • Family Medical Leave Form

  • Nursing Home Application Documents

  • MOLST
